Silver membership is designed for the professional, small business and more advanced private PC owners. Membership at this level provides additional benefits aimed at minimising downtime and operating costs:

• Free on line support and advice 8am to 6pm six days a week, with extended access to guaranteed telephone support for hardware and software problems.
  
• Additional discounts on Special Club rates for all equipment servicing, upgrades and repairs.
  
• Club discount (15%) on the purchase of high quality M21 business and multi-media computers.
  
• Club discount (15%) off the retail price of all hardware components, software programs and peripherals
