Diamond membership is the premium membership level for small businesses and professional practices using Windows NT based network systems or multiple P C applications. This level provides specialised software and hardware diagnostic and technical support in addition to the Gold membership levels of benefits:
Free on-line support-8 am to 6 pm seven days a week with priority access to telephone support for hardware and software* problems on a dial-in basis.
